Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Salman Saif Fragrances. We take great pride in the quality of our artisanal scents. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The fragrance must be in its original, unopened packaging (with the cellophane seal intact, if applicable).

You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for bottles that have been opened or sprayed, as they can no longer be resold for hygiene reasons.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a bottle that is broken or leaking due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@salmansaif.com with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement for you immediately at no extra cost.
4. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Discovery Sets or Sample Vials: Due to their small size and nature.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

Gift Cards.
